The Annual Membership Business Meeting of the Wisconsin National Guard Officer/Enlisted Association’s will be held on 26-28 April 2024 at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, WI. The Adjutant General has approved company grade officers/enlisted personnel to attend professional development in a paid status. Selection of personnel in a paid status will be determined by the chain of command. Professional development sessions are mandatory for personnel on orders and may be attended by all registered conference attendees. Conference Registration deadline is 12 April 2024. Deadline for Hotel Reservations is 5 April 2024.

Uniforms: The Adjutant General has authorized Business Casual attire to be worn by all attendees (including those in a military pay status) for the State Conference Professional Development Sessions, Business Sessions, and the Saturday evening Banquet. The definition of Business Casual is: Dress pants or skirt, dress shirt/blouse, collared shirt/polo shirt, optional sweater, optional jacket, optional tie, dress shoes. Business causal does not include sweat pants, jeans or shorts. Those attendees wishing to wear the appropriate military uniform are authorized to do so. Military speakers, to include panel speakers will be in a Class A or B military uniform. Hospitality room and Friday nights attire remains casual.
