Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, your parent or guardian.

  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WNGEA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• WNGEA is not responsible for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

• We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any or no reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
